I wouldnt be Suprised if Greenacres arent anywhere near as strong as people are thinking.
From the word that ive had from in the Club, some of these players that have been brought over have certainly fallen off from the first few trainings.

BL keep the greenacres info coming. You play there?

but of course GG is in there..dude..get a grip..scudds joined for the coin..at modbury hes just another player within a much more talented group..go down to div 5 hes a bit more of a big fish and gets more $$ quite simple..the palava about the vibrant culture is just posturing..you had one good year after being dismal the year before..and if hectorville kicks straight in the prelim then you dont even get to the GF..and promotion..you got more money than most clubs in div 1 have and council support to the hilt..you might finish in the 5..if so well done..if you dont you are massive underacheivers imo with all that support

and who are our three best palyers that we've apparently lost zedman???

hounds c'mon man get with the program..sprintospace told us i beleive and if you didnt know then u must be low on the totem pole !!

I agree with you Zedman. I spoke to a couple of people from Modbury who couldn't care less that Scuddsy had gone. When you're as big as he is, people tend expect big things and I guess a lot of people were disappointed with what he produced.

I just love idiots that talk up performances before round 1. You havent played a trial yet let alone a game for points.Eg; The first trial your best player goes down with a knee, the captain breaks a cheekbone and your full forward breaks his leg.All of a sudden you have to go to Rosewater round 1 with 4 out of your best 8 not playing and get beaten by 10 goals and you look like an absolute knob. Get a grip and play it cool, look at bulldog imho has the best reason to be confident and does not go blowing his trumpet.Plymptons kids are guns with the likes of Ackland,Kennewells and the Poes and I will put my nuts on the block by saying they are way more talented than the Golden Grove bunch. These blokes havent seen a game of div 5 in 2 years and have the ordasity to come in and say they will go fine in div 5. Play finals first and tell us how good you are or gonna be and rub recruits in our face. But even Central United who went undefeated in div 6 in 2006 just crawled into the 5 last year.Sorry but im sick of people telling everyone how good they are going to be.Give me a break.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Im hearing so many different things about them, I would wait until a few trials at least. Then you might be able to piece something together from that.

Is Chris Cappa still there. Little fella is very very quiet around here now. Or has he left after geeting dropped for the big game?

Ormond-Allen for Rosewater is currently struggling with a back injury, may not be a starter for Rd 1

we'll see when the clearances come through stan, only one thus far in t hillman to goody saints. care to drop any names??

there is no doubt that the support changed a bit over the last qtr of the season on and off the field, but we still managed to get there and the b's got to a prelim. footy clubs can be a bit fickle like that but we've moved on over the summer. we'll take the guys that still want to play at the club and keep working away at the task of starting up from scratch two years ago.

looking forward to round 1 v plympton to see how we go and not wanting to wish the season away but rd 18 v GG at GG could be a fun day out.

how's pettman going is he guna skipper the C's ?

mate petto hasn't hit the track yet, a few of the boys reckon late march, and I can say that he would not wont to skipper the c's, and I doubt the club would even want him playing that grade
