5AA SANFL footy show

Postby mighty_tiger_79 » Sun Mar 30, 2008 6:43 pm

has anybody listened to this????

heard it last week when they previewed the teams

listening to it now, not bad, makes a pleasant change from 5AA to finally cover SANFL and not just AFL

Also listening to it and very well done to Zac and Daniel for their work getting this together. Certainly a very comprehensive review of the round and great to hear reports from players of both clubs in each match. Between this show, 5RPH's Wednesday, Thursday shows, and their extensive match day coverage combined with Life FM's extensive match day coverage, a very positive step for SANFL on Adelaide radio! Unfortunate that TV coverage is now limited on a weekly basis to ABC-TV, but great to see our league being covered on a number of different mediums.

Yeh I've been listening...grateful for any coverage of SANFL to be honest. I think last week they tried to be a bit too ambitious when they said they would speak to someone from every team and then failed to. Better this week...hope they won't spoil it by wasting what little time they have letting people phone in though...would much prefer just to hear them and 'official' representatives from the clubs

Unfortunately they never did reply to my email asking if the show could be added to their podcast list...ah well can't have everything.

Perhaps if some others send emails/phone asking for podcasts they'll take some notice.

I missed the show yesterday as it was on ealier than last week. I guess it comes on at the conclusion of the AFL coverage but that is going to be different each week.

I've just emailed Daniel Norton live online and asked again...he said on air that he'll have a word with his sports producer and see if something can be arranged...so fingers crossed :D
