I've had great match reports for North on The Roost from Paul Horwood who also covers games for the club now too (who I'd put in front of Advertiser Journos) but I can honestly say I wouldn't have 1/10th of an insight or knowledge of a game I'd watched as Macca and he's easily in a league of his own.

Crikey, and you're a Port supporter Macca, imagine how good you would have been if you had an education!

Got to agree with this wholeheartedly, missed the Sunday mail yesterday and was looking for a report ... I think in future when we play Port I won't bother with any of the Rags .. Well done Macca!!

LMAO yeah nice work mate, sit here and take a shot at Ginever whilst you play the exact same hand with your own mob!

As an independent spectator I thought Port were quite good but Norwood were woeful – a shadow of the team that played last time I saw them against the Eagles. It was Norwood circa 2004, early 2005 with their running players overusing it and minimum regard for the hard defensive work required to get it back from Port. Norwood just didn’t test Port out physically at all. I was a bit disappointed in the whole game as a spectacle really which was a pity because the good crowd deserved a better contest.
