The saints have killed me over the past 5 years in my footy tips.

TOnight I had my 1st ever bet on an AFL game and sure enough they killed me again.

It's nothing to do with the "doom".

Saints are full of overrated, lazy and slow players.
Dogs have enthusiastic, persistent and quick players.

That much was obvious in tonights game.
I just wish I'd believed that before I tipped the Aints

maybe you should go back and look at the results of games where one team has had the preparation like St Kilda by playing at a certain venue

I have no issue if people dont believe it, esp the bookies, but both you and I know the stats back this theory up 8)

as stated on previous post, St Kilda lacks leg speed and will struggle against sides with pace

I still believe St.Kilda is a genuine Premiership threat but it really needs to get its act together.

St.Kilda should have smashed the Bullies after quarter time but were not capable of doing so.

No doubt the Bullies are a good team but St.Kilda should have demolished the Bullies.....

This game was really a contrast in styles in my opinion. The fast running of the WB and bit marking of the Saints. I was thinking before the match if the bullies could slow down the saints forwards they would be in with a show. Early on I thought the bullies just didnt have the big defenders to hold them. Then Morris got on top of Reivolt, White was about to match Kosi and well Gehrig......anyway after 1/4 time te bullies ran rings around the saints. Good game in the end.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

I remain a Doom theory sceptic for now.
Stats can be used to present a case for many different ideas...

Anyway, both sides from last night have a number of Dome games coming up:

R4 Ess v WB (Fri)
StK v Gee (Sat)

R5 StK v Ess (Fri)
WB v Rich (Sun)

R6 WB v WCE (Sat/N)

So I guess if the Doom theory holds up, then the Dogs will starting to feel it against Richmond and then struggle against WCE?

saints a genuine flag contender, I almost fell of my chair at work.....St.Kilda are not a genuine premiership contender and the Bulldogs are a better side than the Saints.
St.Kilda's history is terrible, their culture sucks. In their history they have won 1 flag, even that was only by a single point. To add insult to injury the team they beat (Collingwood) came to Adelaide a week later and played as many regard as the SANFL's greatest ever side (Sturts 5 in a row) and were beaten convincingly by the Double Blues. They may have won the flag but still most did not regard them as the best side in the country that year.
I'd hate to be a St.Kilda supporter......
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

St.Kilda are a better side than the Western Bulldogs IMO

Every year the doggies are supposed to play this running style game and blow teams away.....

Yes, the doggies won easily last night but they only play like that once every five weeks.

The Doggies have won 3 games this year but one was against the Crows and that was only by 3 points and that could have gone either way, another was against Melbourne and who couldn't beat them? and the other was last night against the Saints.

YOU wait and see, the doggies will crumble.....

Exactly, your getting it now....Ill be backing Rich and WCE in those games ATS, did it last year if you remember and made $500- profit betting $50- on each time this happened

Carlton +5.5 is the bet tonight....
