Yeah. Beleive he lives with his old man down that way. I believe that his current train of thought is GG or Salisbury. Leaning salisbury due to the higher division. I dont think any other offers or interest has entered yet. His mum still lives North, as does the girlfriend i believe but this is just what a few of the lads have been saying. I wouldnt know too much ;-) In all honesty i dont think we have the budget remaining this year to snatch him. Our A-grade squad is looking settled and too inclusions may only damage the harmony amongst the borderline B's boys who are much more than capable of stepping up.

If he is not at league club next year, i could only imagine that he would be one of the marquee players that we would go hunting for. Along with one or two other that we shall keep hushed until next off season ;-)

The budget? I heard you boys may be offering some coin, a mate of mine was offered $150 a game to play at Harper's Field this year...

Yes thats true. I know who that player is. Ignore what i said about the budget. Developments in the last 24 hours means we will be persuing mark with a bit more vigour now. As for that other player, we would do anything to have him back in our colours.

From what i saw the Boy's in the Middle and around the ground may have just been pushed off the ball a little to easy.
I'd say if these three were a Ruckman and two quick on Ballers, you may have had more chance of getting the Ball Forward.
Anyway's my Tips:

Elizabeth
Greenacres
Plympton
Rosewater
Golden Grove

Good Luck this weekend to all teams, this is where it all matters.

two of the guys that came are big blokes but not ruckman key forward postition players. on of the others is a very quick player, we didnt have our back to back best and fairest in that trial either, micky spry who is injured with an ankle and he plays in the middle. it amy surprsie u but we had stats and we actually beat them in around the ground stoppages, it was the centre bounces we got comprehensivly beaten.

I dont think I have ever seen a team win stoppages around the ground and lose by 20 goals...

hounds - i think ash man may be on the money. it is certainly one of the more unusual statistics to combat the result.
they kicked 12 in the 2nd and 10 in the last. 1st and 3rd broke even 5 gls each.
well drilled side portland, good midfielders and very well organised leading forwards. their b's were well drilled in the middle, 80% of the time i balled it up in the middle they took it away. good solid performacne by our b's though.
rd 1 this week.

i know hes on the money, but we did brake even with them around the ground stoppages, i admitted they smashed us in the middle, and i can say i was guilty of letting that happen

I heard Keasty has joined Micky Spry @ the Hounds?
Handy player (both of 'em)...

Are the Hounds confident of trying to match their bigger cousins (Fitzroy) in Div 4 next year? (provided Fitzroy stay up of coure)

Ha ha, you probably know more about them than me Bradman.

I was disappointed on Saturday with Blackfriars though - not one of their blokes came in for a beer afterwards !
