Whats your verdict on BIG BAZZA?
I believe he'll get 8 weeks & so he should.
I wouldn't say that to his face, my avatar might!

Six weeks...what an idiot. Could cost his team some real momentum and maybe a top 4 spot....he is vital to the swans structure.

OTHERWISE
while trying to slow down he ran into the railing along the wing which was unprotected.
hit his head on it as well. will be an investigation into the safety to players

Fair enough. My silly cousin missed a Port Premiership in the 90's because he hit someone in the semi-final...he didnt get suspended but he broke his hand.

Probably about 2 - 3. Hard to judge but it was pretty bad. A typical thug hit. Thought he was past that crap but apparently not.

5 IMO, but is worth a hell of alot more, appears no provocation he just lost it, but as has been said, has a broken wrist which is 8 to 10 minimum anyway and the be honest I don't think the Swans really need him anyway

sportsbet are betting on it

they are betting over or under 6.5 games

under 6.5 (6 games or less) $1.90

over 6.5 (7 games or more) $1.90

so their experts think 6 games

i saw it & it was just stupid & i think he'll get 8 games
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Last night when they opened the betting it was over / under 4.5 weeks = someone has made a mistake there...
It will be 6 - 8 weeks for sure.. I think the line is about spot on...
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

How the hell do you get 6 and half weeks? :?

he won't care how many he gets, he's having surgery tonight.
Apparently he was going to plead ignorance as he claimed to be concussed and didnt know what he was doing.

You can't bet on him getting 6.5 weeks, you can only bet on him getting more or less.
Same way you can back a team in while getting 30.5 points in.
Its a standard betting practise and makes it clear cut as to what bet you're making and is easier to say than 7 or more.
Mind you with the current points system you can get 6.5 weeks with .5 carrying over.

But just watch the punch to be shown ad nauseum and used to promote the next West Coast v Sydney game.

We'll be watching that punch on the Rockn footy/ naughty noughties / and any future footy documentary looking at toughness in footy.

Funny how the footy authorities pooh pooh the rough stuf (not that I condone it) but are more than willing to use it to market the game....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
