they're homo's for knocking back triple headers...

definately not happy about them knocking back triple headers punk!!

i thought the triple header on saturday was good
i dont mind it, get there early and watch a bit of C's before the B's
also means the C's can hang around and get pissed watching the A's and B's!!!

yeah our boys are warming to the idea too. I think they will be sold on it if they offer 2 buck beers again like after saturday. It was well and truely into the 2nd quarter when I left the rooms at Park 10........

on the issue of triple headers I think the club has taken the view that it is a little bit late for us to organise one for the Fitzroy game but I think they will still try for Portland. Sorry Punky

hey guys,

Dog Wash at Adelaide Lutheran!! All 3 grades beating Unley, fairly convincingly also. A's had a solid win, especially with some of the outs we had!! Unley looked good at some stages of the game, they are are young team, and ran and ran all day....The ruckman was also handy in the middle and around the ground.

Looking forward to the twlight game against North Haven this weekend, i know they are pumped to get a win on the board, especially at home!!

Also, for all those interested, 'tug boat' mortess had a day to forget!! After he popped his hip out, he got electrocuted after the game in the showers!! Remind me not to have a shower at Pooraka!!

How can both grades play a twilight game ? Twilight means late arvo/early evening - game would start in daylight, finish underlights.

You are in the 'Twilight Zone' Fisty !!! :D

C's at 12.15
B's at 2.15
A's at 5

Something like that I believe.

Most of our c grades cant do the usual triple headers because a lot work mornings and go to the game straight after.

I thought there would be a bit more chat about the upsets for the week!!!

North Haven and Mitcham were touted as 'the ones to beat' and they both lost on the weekend, they did plays teams which the forum has not heard much about, so maybe that was the case...??

Or maybe they might not be 'that good'??

Any suggestions??

I spoke to a couple of Haven players who reckon PAOC are the real deal. They look very hard to beat across all 3 of their grades.

They were always going to be around the mark this year, especially after dropping down from D3.

from what I saw on the weekend then unless CBC had a few outs then they have come back to the chasing pack. PAOC early season faves to jump back up in my book with the second favourite to be determined in the next few rounds.
