Glenelg ordinary in the first term. Threatened to take the game in the second, I reckon Westies looked rattled halfway through the term when the ascendancy was with the Bays, but it wan't to be. Glenelg's third term was superb, but they let the intensity off in the last. Looked to be playing hold-up footy early on, and let themselves down with a bit of lairising and sloppy delivery.
Westies aren't far off, IMO. They had a dip right until the end of the match, and I reckon looked better than when they won last year's match. They'll win their share of games this year. Looks to me like the away guernsey has changed - now the wolf is wholly on the front of the jumper. Good work. Much more aesthetically pleasing than only getting a glimpse of it when Kewpie Doll flashes his armpits!
