which big name is contemplating retiring ?

Postby bayman » Thu Apr 24, 2008 11:51 am

i believe a 'big name' sanfl player who is on an injury list atm, is contemplating playing in the amatuers to play with a close relative, now i do not know whether this means this year or at the end of the year as my source wasn't sure when i asked him that question
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

C'mon Bayman,

You have to give us more bait than that...

Yep, Clay Sampson shoulder has had it, but Clay enjoying the coaching role and i believe will announce his retirement from all footy shortly. A great Southie and a fine player.

Yeah, he is, expected back some time fairly soon. I don't have any inside knowledge that he may retire but he is a big name, and started in the amateurs all those years ago, but who knows, i guess we'll find out in time who it is.

Port, Eagles, North are the three clubs this player could play for.

The biggest name player on the injury list at this stage could only be Waterhouse.
