Jericho to Sturt

Postby Ron-Burgandy » Sun May 07, 2006 10:28 pm

Heard a rumour on the 'grapevine' that Jericho is unhappy at west adelaide and wants to move to Sturt. Anyone else heard more???

Move this to the arrogant-I love myself-AFL-players board. What is it with these guys who think they are bigger than the league? Schuback,Smith,Handby are others to whinge about changing clubs, the common denominator - they are all duds anyway, looking for an excuse as to why they can't make the big time. Only exception is Perrie who is good.

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?

AFL players are precious and heaven and earth must be moved for them so we can pander to their every need. Jericho has been crap all year for West and if that is his attitude then let him go. No one player (unless your name is Ken Farmer or Barrie Robran!) will make or break any side and more so if you are spending your time mostly in the SANFL!

Well, with one player being dropped this week for not being totally committed to Sticks' team philosophy (as mentioned on C31) his attitude would need to change a fair bit before he was welcomed with open arms at Unley...
"A no vote from any club means there is some sort of risk involved in our entry into the competition not working," Steven Trigg.

Hey Jimmy

While the crows are payin him - give him a go and see what works.

He is still young and might just need something fresh.
It is what it is !!!

But then again, like Woosnan, Bennets and oh so many others Doug will take the money. Question then, Where is that money? Not spent on Cupido, Bullen, Morrison etc. Or restocking the merchadice van.

General revenue, maybe consultancy or smoke extractors for the members bar.Or time clock, wind sock, Weeds new coaching box. Perhaps very expensive red and black paint on the handrails around the ground.

Perhaps we own a peanut farm and didnt know it.

His old man is bar manager at Central, so, if he wants cheap drinks, he should come to Us-but no-one EVER comes to Us, they just sook & leave when they're not good enough to play league every week. I know, he could go to Norf! They LOVE taking ring-ins/discards/gypsies etc....
