Kingston working overtime in the recruiting stakes and are doing a bit of work on a couple of Miningie boys. Meningie struggled in 07 and one of their better players is looking to go to Kingston with a mate.

It certainly has changed all right, especially when you get one of the biggest drawcards the state has produced playing for you. Success and continued success has to follow. Heard Mods is very keen for another big year with Keith. Tasted the premiership and wants more!

Jim West apparently will not play for Keith again this year, if he has retired at his age you would think that its all over. Mystery surrounds his decision. Interesting to see if he shows up back in the GSFL.Maybe things arent travelling all that well at Keith with a very poor showing against Bordertown last week.
Also bit of a rumour that Phil Smith has a job in Mt. Gambier and is talking to Easts. Has already played for Lucindale this year and couldnt see them letting him go easily.
Tim Rodgers from Langhorne Creek being chased very hard by both Bordertown and Mundulla as he is living close by.
