Literally... But only when they don't mean it literally.

Like

"I'm so hungry I could literally eat a horse"

So if I put it a horse in front of them, they'd be able to eat the whole thing?

Moving forward -- Moving forward, I fully intend to one day shoot someone who says this to me.

Shot on goal - No, it's a shot at goal in my opinion.
Roger Woodcock -- 602 goals from a forward flank makes you a legend.

hehehe, gold Roge.

Going forward is a phrase I hear every second day. They mean "from tomorrow onward" but it doesn't sound official enough. That's about no. 6 in my bullshizen bingo game I play at work each day.

Shot on goal: no the goal isn't a dartboard where you can actually hit it. It's a shot AT goal.

Another one mentioned by Redden (paraphrased) is the comment about "he's bending it back". Pardon? No "he's" not. The ball might be swinging, the wind might be altering it's direction, but "he's NOT bending it back".

As Peter Marker @ Daysie would say "He's gonna have a pop at goal" (Usually finished with the "Ohh fine/big mark (player) xxxxxx"
