Booney, I agree with your list of quality other than,
WILSON - no doubt a great player but is 28 going on 36 and the end is very near.
WAKELIN - Still servicable but probably should be replaced if the Power can't turn it around given that it will be his last year.

On Borrowed Time...............
Adam Kingsley
Josh Francou
and given that by the time the Power turn it around, Bishop and Walsh will no longer be part of the side. It does actually bother me to say that about Walsh as I know he's been one of the more consistent players.

Need to be blooded sooner rather than later...................
Alipate Carlile
Ryan Willits
Nick Lower (as has already been hinted at in the press)
Matt Thomas

Think Williams biggest mistake has been to rely on players who are on their last legs but I guess it's harder to sack players when they have just won you a premiership.

If I was in a position to recruit any power players I would only consider the following players
C Cornes, K Cornes, Lade, Tredrea, Pearce, Symes and White

Interesting point ... I wonder if Port would be prepared to trade any of their "top-shelf" types perhaps in a package deal with someone not in their future plans?

NO NO AND NO! What is the point of trading say,two players,on a scale like 1-10.Who would trade a 9/10 and a 5/10 to get two 7/10's? no point, keep the stars and build around them.

So you wouldn't trade say Lade and Dew together for two 7/10 19 or 20 year olds if possible?

If the PEWR had half a brain amongst them, they would hold onto Lade for all dear life, I can see your point of trading OLDER players for YOUNGER 7/10 players though, it would have to be an extremely well thought out decision though

Must hold on to Lade and the Cornes boys.

When Brogan is back and Treadrea gets match fitness then the Power will look alot better. Give Ed Lower a run and put Ebert on the ball. Infact get Ebert to run with some of the better on ballers in the comp. Not tagging but learning how to find the ball at this level. Anyway thats my two cents.

I'd definitely hold on to the Cornes boys as they should still be around by the time Port are again a legitimate premiership threat, but I'm not so sure whether they will be able to turn it around in time for Ladey to play a part in it, in which case, if that's their opinion, there would have to be temptation of some sort to move on him depending on what they may or may not receive in exhange ...

Ed Lower is with the Kangaroos ... However NICK Lower I'm sure will get a run with the Power sooner rather than later mate...
