Yep, wonder if Brad Jones will assume the Number One spot ?

Wouldn't be suprised to see Harry go to a Fulham, Wigan, Stoke or Hull

Real Madrid have joined Inter Milan in the race to sign Arsenal's £15m-rated midfielder Alexander Hleb.

Liverpool hope to complete the signing of Italian full-back Andrea Dossena this week for £6m, but competition from Fiorentina and Juventus could push the price up to £8m.

Peter Crouch has told Rafa Benitez that he will stay at Anfield to see out the remaining year of his current contract in protest at his £15m price tag.

Tottenham have won the race to sign Barcelona wonderkid Giovani Dos Santos and will arrive at White Hart Lane in a £12.5m deal.

New Hamburg boss Martin Jol has said he will do all he can to keep hold of Chelsea target Rafael van der Vaart.

Sir Alex Ferguson will fly out to Portugal's Euro 2008 training camp in Switzerland to persuade Cristiano Ronaldo to stay at Manchester United.
Bolton have been told they will need to pay at least £16m for Sporting Lisbon's Miguel Veloso.

Arsenal and Newcastle are tracking 19-year-old Swiss striker Eren Derdiyok.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is also considering a move for Paris St Germain star Clement Chantome.

Roma's Alberto Aquilani, also a target for Arsenal, has opened the door on a move to England by demanding showdown talks with the Serie A club.
Getafe's Argentine defender Daniel Diaz has said he would welcome a £3m move to Tottenham.

Another Spurs target, Marcelo Moreno, must decide whether to go to White Hart Lane or Shakhtar Donetsk after both clubs had a £4m bid accepted by Cruzerio.
Wigan manager Steve Bruce is lining up a £3.5m bid for Newcastle's Charles N'Zogbia.

Bruce is also hoping sign Honduran pair Hendry Thomas and Maynor Figueroa on loan with a view to a permanent deal.
Ghana defender John Mensah could also be on his way to the JJB Stadium and is valued at £7m by his club Rennes.
Lyon's French striker Sydney Govou has said he would be interested in a move to Portsmouth.
Newcastle are lining up £6m Cameroon midfielder Achille Emana to replace Joey Barton at the club.

Aston Villa are lining up a £2m move for Chareloi striker Mouhamadou Habib as a replacement for Marlon Harewood who is wanted by Stoke, Fulham and Rangers.
Derby will have to go to a tribunal if they want to sign 20-year-old winger Steve Davies from Tranmere.
Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock wants to sign defender Jose Fonte on a permanent deal after he impressed on loan from Benfica.

Charlton are lining up a bid for Blackpool's Wes Hoolahan, who is being tracked by a host of other Championship clubs.
Barnsley and Nottingham Forest are battling it out for Derby defender Lewin Nyatanga.
Sheffield Wednesday want to sign Hamilton Academicals' £500,000 striker Richard Offiong.
Manchester City manager Sven-Goran Eriksson will be sacked on Sunday and will take over as the new manager of the Mexican national side.

The US Soccer Federation have said they would be open to the idea of staging the Community Shield in America.

Arsenal are bracing themselves for tough contract talks with Cesc Fabregas after it emerged that his new agent is Darren Dein, son of former vice-chairman David Dein.

Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will take over at Inter Milan after Roberto Mancini was sacked by the Italian champions.

Bruce Djite's tranfer fee to Turkey was reputedly $850 000 PLUS On sell clause !

doubtful that owen will sign from newcastle to man u.

looks again if arsene is signing young players and not looking for experience. good for long run but near furture can be a problem :(

You gotta wonder if it really is good for the long run if he loses them just as their about to hit their prime?

watched the special report on Chelsea FC on SBS on sunday. talked about how they have come from basically finacial ruin to top two club. Well i guess i can agree with them, when you have multi billionaires getting you out of debt and spending big on players, you can buy a premiership :)

No question ... At least when Man U spend big it's $$ they've actually earnt, not blank cheque after blank cheque.

This is such a joke. The last thing Citeh needed was to get rid of a decent manager after only a season at the helm. Sure their record in the second half was pants, but which other club (besides the Spammers) has done the double over Manure in recent history? Thaksin should stick to being a corrupt politition, not running football clubs.

Excuse the scepticism, but being a Spurs fan, this is the story of the last 40 years - sign a name player for a big fee and watch him flop.

I really hope you're right though on the s word, but seeing will be believing for me this time!

rumor has it that now barcelona are the fornt runners for Helb, the deal may turn into player plus cash, the player being yayo toure brother of kolo toure. would be a handy gain arsenal need another young experienced central mid defender

Hleb is a decent loss for Arsenal and he will probably go to Barca but Yaya Toure is an absolute gun and would be a massive signing for the Gunners, they are lacking a player like him.
