I was very critical of Byron's conditioning and form at the begining of the year, but it seems he needs games to run himself in to fitness, over the past 6 weeks he has shed some kg's and the form has followed, along with some team success credit to him

Can anyone explain to me why the Power gave him the boot, this is the type of player they are screaming for

Would be Power supporters on this site that no more about it than myself but it had more to do with off field issues.

It still seems a little strange, if my mail is right their has been a few player issues "off field" at the Power in recent years

It was in the best interests of both party's for Byron to go.

He was just as unreliable as a junior at Port - that's why he wasn't picked in the inaugural squad.

Nobody ever doubted his talent.

Seriously doubt he would be playing the type of footy he is now had he stayed at Alberton - too many off-field distractions.
