Here's a good stat - Roy Cazaly played 99 games for both the Saints and South Melbourne.

i think this is the key point to R10 list

The tally is 41 names, because two guys are tied at the bottom of this list with 146 games for their later club.

so from an adelaide i would say sean wellman and brenton sanderson
