2005 has already been labelled a soft premiership, Waybacks would not have beaten any of the previous few years premiership sides and that came from one of your best players. Morning Covey  That said it's in the book and all you can do is win. I can also clearly recall you posting on the old forum that a flag wasn't a flag unless it was won against MR or Waybacks. Although that statement probably just fit in nicely to what ever your argument was at the time!!

I thought you were talking about Mortlock eras not PLFL. Anyway you can turn an era into anything just by selcting a period of time that suits your club.
Here's a summary in the PLFL debate : last 2-3 years = Waybacks. Previous 10 years = MR, Previous 10 years = MP, Previous 50 or whatever years = Waybacks by that far it doesn't matter.
I like the 2nd period above
Noone is going to win this debate - move on

Glad that was your post above Steiger, I was cringing as I awaited a verbal assault!! All true and Waybacks definitely have the runs on the board and will probably never be equalled. Play on..........(I know I'm getting backed into a corner in a fight I can't win  )

Thats the ticket TRR - get in early, everyone knows whats going on = smooth sailing. Talking to BTB this am and a good idea would be to publish the squad in the Times. There was communication breakdown recently. This applies to both Lincoln sides

can I ask your involvement TRR in Lincoln City? Does putting $100 on the bar make you CEO of Lincoln City?
The communication breakdown has been a trait of Lincoln City for 30 years, anyone can make Lincoln City their is no prestige in making the side as clearly indicated by last weeks team.
I read that Tom George trained with Waybacks and not Lincoln City, Andrew North didnt bother ringing as he didnt give a rats. M Goodwin as stated doesnt care. Fighting a loosing battle TRR!
What about the Mallee boys on the way back on the bus from Ceduna, look Waylon if you have Billy-o's stash please return it FFS!

i was asked by wally to be assistant coach - so that is my invovlement in the LC side. Cant imagine that me putting some money on the bar - rewarding those who played and just mayb instilling a positive after the match - I want nothing in return, so until u opened your trap no-one would have known.....so now we cant even enjoy ourselves - god your a f*&k head!

OL what is your football background? How many Mortlocks/Premierships have you been involved in at troll land?
Rossco has a great record at Association level when involved and I am sure is a character that will add something to getting players on the park and interested. I would run through a brick wall if he wanted me too.
Odds for this week...
LS $1.85 v Tas $1.85
Waybacks Under 150 $1.85 - over 150 $1.85
M Range Under 80 $1.85 - over 80 $1.85

"34 point win to Lincoln Districts"
"Lincoln Districts won a good match against Far West at Thevenard Oval on Saturday.
A good crowd witnessed the spectacle. Districts jumped out to a handy lead and held on to win by 34 points.
Far West had their chances but inaccurate kicking cost them. The game was played hard and fast and apart from a poor 3rd quarter from Districts, they held sway for the better part of the game.
Best for Districts were Wes Bilney and Scott Charman while Rohan Scott was best for Far West.
Multiple goalkickers were W Bilney, S Charman and W Johncock with 2 each for Districts and B Doolan who kicked 3 for Far West."

So there you have it WCP - told you all a man from the moon can write a match report.

So enuf of the sarcasm - I saw the majority of the game, after U17 duties were finished, and I was very impressed with Billyo (cleaned up everything across halfback) and Hayden Parker as well as Wes and Scott. Waylon was disappointing although he kicked a couple. Brodie had a day where nothing stuck which could be attributed to some tough contests. No injuries that I know of was a pleasing point from the 3 club's point of view. Witnessed enough of Clayton (I think his first name is) Millard to come to th opinion that the boy can play. (had a stint at Port I believe)

I would have a lot better record than you grub when talking Mortlocks and Premierships, but then again you still have 10 years of B-GRADE football ahead of you and lots of walls to run through!
So TRR now that everyone knows you put $100 on the bar - you can't enjoy yourselves? I don't understand. Assistant coach mmm... Dumb and Dumber springs to mind!
Putting money on the bar isn't going to fix City's problems. If theses players got paid what they got paid at Club level we would see 30 at training instead of 12 or 13.
No passion - maybe you should be a spy and see why clubs that dont pay players have passion (see Disticts training).
Finish with a posative was seven goals in the last qauter when Great Flinders had started their warm down. Lincoln City always have been the laughing stock, changing the culture is like changing Bostons culture, give it 15 -20 years. This may be harsh words but I am prepaired to say it unlike others!
