Pretty early to say, but yes it is possible. Although i dont think they will win this week with the bigger names heading out of the side. When Brogan, Cornes etc are there i think they will be alot better than what they have showed this far.

How many flags have ******* Collingwood won in your life time, 1 hahaha, you and your glorified paver mate may as well go and support South Adelaide, St Kilda or Geelong

The way Essendon's going, it's lucky I don't take the gAyFL 1/2 as serious as the SANFL.

I know what you're trying to say but you are using Thugbarian to express it  I mean, what are you going to come up with next, 'Aerial Ping Pong'? Sledging AFL with that term is akin to a QRL fan sledging the NRL by calling it 'Bum Sniffing'.

Nah I wasn't sledging the game, and never would, just the comp. SANFL is not AFL, it is Australian Rules Footy so I don't see how I could possibly be seen to be sledging the game as a whole.

It's near on impossible, most weeks you've got more chance of getting 8 if you know f**k all about footy and take a wild guess. Even getting 4 in the SANFL is proving to be a bit of a lottery this year :?

I think the most impressive thing for Port was the effort of some of the younger Guys. Salopek was good and Symes was good again. Pearce was great and Ezard and Thomson also did reasonable well to suggest they are improving. So i think Port can build a side around these younger players.

Why would you go in a tipping comp and post here as often as you do if you don't take the AFL seriously Ian? For example, I think Soccer is the most boring sport imaginable and as such I have made maybe one post on that board as a result.

I'm in 2 SANFL comp's, my AFL tipping is limited to discussions with my 11yo son who's class has a tipping comp going.
I do enjoy watching most AFL games, but certainly not with the same passion as I watch North play, I take the SANFL and North in particullar a lot more serious than the AFL, hence why I post on this site and other SANFL related sites, not those that are more AFL biased
