I would not have had a FUIC in more than 10 years.

I always make a point of sampling the local goodies when I'm overseas. So yeah, I poured a few Irn-Brus down my gullet. Hard to say what it tastes like... artificial and sweet, a bit like bubble gum. Very much like Creaming Soda.

Not going to compete with FUIC more so the Pauls Milk and dairy farmers range. The coffee is alright, no FUIC, and the flavours arent too bad

Good luck in trying to change that..

Rumour has it that in Bundaberg Qld, Bundaberg Ginger Beer outsells Coke as well, Although how that is proven I dont know, although I can confirm from having been there that most delis and servos have more of it than containers of Coke in the deli fridges which seems a lot different compared to most places in S.A!

Its probably the market of less than 600ml that makes Coke the money considering that a 600ml from a deli is usually more than 2L from Foodland!

Thats because you didn't half fill it with Scotch and drink it from a 1 ltre plastic bottle wrapped in brown paper Pseudo. That's how the locals take it. :)

Remember about 10 years ago Dairy Vale tried to take on Farmers Union with its DV range of milk drinks with Rex Hunt promoting them, didn't last long at all!

Don't be silly John...Scotch is much too expensive for them. The drink of choice for locals is Buckfast http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckfast_Tonic_Wine (note who accounts for 10% of worldwide sales...it's not a country it's a county  ) and Special Brew http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_Brew

Always know what sort of weekend it's going to be when I see mates of the DH's downstairs turning up with their carry outs

Killer shakes were about 15 years ago, their banana shakes tasted just like a barney banana!

Due to the fact it went down the wrong hole, regurgitated when swallowed too quickly,
flooded the bladder when the pressure was on and thought it was the Iced Coffee for all South Australians....
