Dont ask Fisty by the way, he has no recollection of Saturday. He thought when he was told to 'ice' his torn hammy, it meant to do it from the inside by pouring a dozen Miller's down his throat !!!

were would i read who won all games and i would know who won portland north haven if fisty wasnt beeing so rude yelling profanities out in the middle of speaches whilst sitting next to children.
is this kind of behaviour seen as ok at your club.

like a said i would have listened to speaches but i was to overwhelemed
with the lack of respect given to the coaches by fisty and didnt catch the score.

i was down at the club for contract discussions (uncles birthday).
fisty family seems to have a severe violent streak in them as fistys older brother tryed to fight me a bit later on down on the corner of semi road and the esplande

My saturday night finished at about 8 o clock when i started falling asleep at the club
was a good saturday with good hard foty being displayed by both teams

think someone in havens B's could be in a bit of trouble
some conduct before the game found a few of our players in trouble earlier in the year
i do believe he graces these pages aswell often???

I would think with a head like yours, that would be a pretty common occurence !

On the Haven vs Portland game, great game of footy. We just werent clean enough when we had control of the game in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Haven absolutely dominated the first quarter, we were lucky not be 4-5 goals down. The next 2 quarters were all ours, just couldnt put it on the scoreboard and needed to be an extra goal or 2 up at 3 quarter time. Credit to Haven, they looked dead on their feet in the 3rd quarter. Dempsey the difference AGAIN, IMO. All class, never wastes a disposal. Rory Duerden very good too, big Kara was a handful for us aswell. Hughesy's job on Forrest was excellent, i thought our ruckman did pretty well against Wattsy too. Coppo's effort to run back with the flight of the ball in the 3rd quarter and get crunched was one of the most courageous acts i have witnessed on a footy field. I though we definately matched, and often surpassed, Haven with our intensity and attack on the footy but when the crunch came, our skills and decision making let us down big time.

Anyone else's thoughts ?

I Think thats a very good review of the game
dempsey was to good as you said, both duerdin brothers were good!!
Perkins did a good job to compete with watts all day!!
inspirational is a good describing work for what coppo did in the third quarter!!
with both teams missing a few players
i hope that we will come up against eachother again and both sides will have a full side
that would be a game to see!!!

anyone see the PAOC v pooraka game on the weekend??

wasnt seeing anything till about 9:30 though!!
do u know the player amber or did u see the incident aswell???
u think he will be harshly done by the tribunal aswell??

Not a bad summary there Felch!!
Coppo's effort was pretty courageous.........I though he was dead after he got hit..........110kg crashing head on into him.........he did well to get up(eventually) and play on.
Dempsey definitely the difference..........
