ANGEL PK.

MT79 and MAL have decided to incorporate the greyhound
previews into the one post this week.

I have decided to change some rules in view of the topsy
turvy form line of late.

RULE 1 do not bet in a race when ex interstate dogs are 1st up.
RULE 2 do not bet on dogs unless they have had a 7 day break.

ANGEL PARK MONDAY 29/05/06
------------------------------------

R1... No bet [4] WILD OPAL an ex NSW dog is first up in this.
R2...Too hard maybe7-1-4-2-6
r3...No bet[3] LUTHER REIGNS ex VIC dog is 1st up in this.
r4...No bet[6] RELLIM THOMAS is having its 3rd run in 7 days, is the best dog.
r5...[3] KID DAKOTA is having its 1st look at AP but, runs on hard EW show.
r6...No bet[7] BRETT TO WING is the best dog but is having its 3rd run in 7 days.
r7...No bet[7] GARFIELD FLYER is ex VIC dog is first up in this.
r8...Best chances in order are 1-6-5-8-2. I prefer [2] PRINCESS DAISY for a place.
r9...3 main chances 1-6-5
r10...Too hard, i noticed [7] GLAMARAMA BALE will be scratched after having 4 runs
in only 11 days, it was our good thing last thursday.
I am not surprised it was INJURED last thursday, the dog must be rooted.
r11...[5] EMULATOR kills these if gets a clear run early. The 2 non chasers[2] WING
DING FLING[dutchys pet dog] and [7] MAJOR GLORY are good place hopes.

BEST BETS none
---------------------

r8-2 PRINCESS DAISY place only.
r11 trifecta 5/27/F 5/F/27 AND 5/27/27

TREBLE RACES 567 I wont have a try but for the sake of it :

13/f/123478 = $48 for 50c
13/14678/48 = $10 for 50c is a cheaper alternative.

INTERSTATE INTERESTS
--------------------------
CRA2-1 TENZING drawn well runs on PLACE show.
WPK2-1 HEZA LIL PLACE and EXOTICS drawn to be in the finish.
BAT6-6 MISS POPEYE runs on well at the 618m and a PLACE show.
BAT8-7 MISS BLISS likes wide boxes will be big odds PLACE show.
BAT9-1 MR PARRELLI has trouble running out the 450m but falls into a PLACE.

good luck all, bad night to bet on.

AP WED PREVIEW 30/5/06

Dreadful meeting, no third divs as cant get enough

looks a top place hope, no third place div. a pity.
I will trust the[8] MY ONLY HOPE to jump well and
will take a trifecta 6+8 roved with the field.

treble 45/13578/134678 + 5/13578/134678

Thank goodness S COLLINS is rolling up he has 15 out of

Exactly my point why cut prizemoney when you could cut this meeting instead!..I dont see the point of running tired dogs that arent up to it, it will increase the depth on Mondays and Thursday if you cut this also.

Or make Wednesday's a SA bred only meeting...they have to do something different to revitalise the industry

AP SUMMARY WEDNESDAY 30/5/06

PROUD AND FREE EW RAN 3RD PAID $2-10
UNITED ROBBERS A PLACE IN TRIFECTAS RAN 3RD

DID OK if you found the right combos in trifectas.

DUTCHY

You mentioned make Angle Park wednesdays SA bred only.

Mate you have made a FOOL of yourself.
8 races needs 64 SA bred dogs and in this state its almost impossible.!!!!!!!

Must have been a bomb threat today with the crowd they got.

well it wasnt the best meeting today with a lot of the races ntd.

about 20% of dogs running today were owned by WHeeler i believe!

it was quite interesting to see $360,000 worth of admin lazing about in McQueens tavern today.

YESTERDAY the 3 stooges were all just sitting around in the middle of the betting ring twiddling there thumbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought they would have been better served doing something more constructive.

there is a strong rumour going about that the races who charge $9 to get in will now with that $9 entry fee give you a feed. at least you are getting something for your money!!!!!!!

Seems to be in touch with the current crisis , hopefully
he is enjoying himself overseas.

dont worry about trying to resolve any of the major issues MR KENNEDY, dont worry about trying to save the industry enjoy your holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps wouldnt it be a shame if something happened mid-air

Impossible? I dont think so, given time. You are the biggest critic of Collins etc bringing of ex-vic dogs and this is one way to reward SA breeders...something HAS to happen otherwise it will die like todays meeting.

No one can tell me why they have this meeting in its current format? Poors dogs, Poor crowds, Poor turnover doesnt exactly promote the code!!!!

Your right DUTCHY I was just having a dig at the SA
breeding industry in general.

MT79 is the Collins critic.
I just find it frustrating trying to evaluate the disclosed form line
on those dogs he gets over.
Collins+ family are very likeable people trying to make a dollar
and its thier livelyhood.
Other trainers are jealous of thier success.
A lot of people[me included] hate 50% of the prizemoney
going to the WHEELER production line interstate.
That money is not circulating inwards in SA.

Incidently if you wonder why WHEELER is not popular, recently
he was asked to sponsor a race at Angle Park and said NO.

You are absolutely right the breeding industry needs to be revitalised.

Ive been firing up this week trots/dogs have you capitilised ?
