Watch out SANFL The Eagles are back. After today's match at Thebarton I think it's time that the competition took notice. We are back bigger and better than ever and will now take some stopping. Bring on Thomas Seymour you might as well give it to us now. It's going to be the year of the Eagle. Speaking to a Centrals supporter in the city tonight even he thinks so. We are playing an awesome brand of footy at the moment and we are still not at full strength. Watch out the Eagles are coming and we're hungry for premiership success.

Yes we were hungry there was just another side by the name of the Bulldogs that were hungrier. I just have a feeling that this is going to be our year.

I think the Eagles fans will also appreciate where I'm coming from. For years the Eagles have looked the part right up to when it matters most, only to fail. I'm not saying they can't do it, but this time they are going to have to show us, rather than tell us. Good luck.

Give them their day of glory, they thought the same thing when they beat centrals last year on anzac day,and we all know what happened after that. There's still alot of footy left yet.I agree they do have a very good side and are playing well, but they are not the only side who have beaten north this year.

I agree with Adelaide Hawk it is far too early yet to start beating the chest .
As an Eagles fan I would love for it to be true but I saw signs yesterday we still need to improve some more yet ,see my earlier post in another topic .

But the boys are showing signs so be warned like Centrals dont write us off just yet !!

Booney agreed you beat us that day at Thebby. We dominated all day but didn't get the choccies. Have lost 3 games this season and had our chances in every single one of them. I know there's a lot of footy left in the season but early signs are good, extremely good.
