Doesn't Snake play for East Geelong OL? I asked him who looked the goods after seeing these odds on Sportsbet and he thought they could be around the mark by seasons end!!
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

Without knowing anything about the Geelong and District League those odds look quite plausible to me given that ladder. There is a lot of percentage there but that is normal for bookmakers when they bet on a competition they don't know much about.

Where do you think the value is, Overloaded?

Just wondering why Corio were so short given there ladder position. I think they have made a mistake and got the odds the wrong way round with Banockburn.

further investigation tells me the Corio lads have had a big dip at themselves when they were $5. Sportsbet are chasing their money by drifting the 2 favs out.
I am saying the 2 top sides are OVERS

Back the top 2 sides at $4 and $3.50 and you should get a good run for your money then OL..... good spot up mate!!!!!

Dont get caught reading to much into ladder positions tho.... as example.... Pt Lincolns second placed side would be about a $1.20 pop currently IMHO
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

Franklin is paying $4.50 to poll the most votes for Hawthorn in the Brownlow. Surely he should poll well considering he has 5 bags of 6, 2 bags of 8 and 1 bag of 9 where you would expect he would poll some votes. Sam Mitchell is favourite at $2 but has played 1 less game and has played well in games that the Hawks have lost so may only received none or one vote for his efforts. Hodge is 2nd favourite at $3.80 but has only played 17 games and probably hasnt done enough considering his high possession games were often as loose man playing 1 kick behind play. Is the $4.50 value for Franklin?

Franklin polls most votes for Hawthorn, but was backed in from $4.50 to about $2.30 at last check.
