I think every bloke in Adelaide has a story about a bird from Mildura. As my ex says "It's the teen pregnancy captial of Australia"

I beleive it has the highest concentration of single mothers in Australia...no joke!

And thats because too many footy trips go there........ ban them I say. Again.

Yeah true that, I have heard stories such as NOVA radio hosts jumping into the Yarra then getting thrown into the patty wagon on 1 footy trip in melbourne in the late 90's.......

I thought that award went to Whyalla.......................went there a couple of times on footy trips and most boys left there pretty satisfied!!

I reckon the better footy trips are when you go to a small town where the group can't split up as much. A good one I went on was to Clare. This year we might be going to Appollo Bay.

We went to Warnambool last year. It was good except for the fact it pissed down all weekend

mm..was there 2 years ago on a footy trip and it is awesome..the ladies of course are stellar...all done up to the nines and showing what they got, i had a headache at the end of the day from turning my neck from side to side, it was only 12 degrees as well..and we all know what happens to the ladies when its cold...very very good day

Yeah that was a belter, rate the Cox plate in terms of talent higher though. We done a bus trip to Melbourne in 03 and that was nuts. We were half cut by the time we left the Tonsley watching the first match of the Rugby World Cup and stopped something like 20+ times for p!ss stops before Tailem Bend. The bus got demolished including broken lights, tinting ripped of the windows and some d****** who wasnt with the club vomiting on the bus. Absolute chaos.

Mildura was ok, don't go october long weekend as its not a public holiday in vic and nothing is open on the sun night. If there is a big bus cruising around sat night get on, it takes you over to a nightclub in NSW that is open till about 5am, dodgy but good. Locals dont like south australians in mildura nor do like you hijacking hot air balloons.
Port Lincoln is pretty good.

Mildura was ok, don't go october long weekend as its not a public holiday in vic and nothing is open on the sun night. If there is a big bus cruising around sat night get on, it takes you over to a nightclub in NSW that is open till about 5am, dodgy but good. Locals dont like south australians in mildura nor do like you hijacking hot air balloons.
Port Lincoln is pretty good.

I agree with the October long weekend, went to Ballarat a few years back, same happened there. Only thing open was a uni bar. And dont get caught by the curfu! After 3am I think it is you cant enter anywhere (unless your staying in a pub), but if your in a place your right till they close.
