GDP.
8 OFF THE FRONT.
Yes its a goer apparently.
GDP races will have 7 off the front starting around September.
The logic is to coincide with most tracks that have 7 off the front ?
Dunno if they should, barrier 6 is hard enough to win from, so barrier 7 will be worse.

Wont bother me when assessing form, just 1 more runner that I can risk drawn wide.

8 off the front?
7 off the front?
Which one is it going to be MaL?
Coincide with most tracks?
Menangle - 10 off the front
Gloucester Park 9 off the front
Moonee Valley 7 off the front
Globe Derby 6 off the front

The worst thing about different numbers of runners off the front row is the number of times the Advertiser Form guide displays the WRONG number.

R6 - 2 place (ROYAL RACHEL)
R7 - 1 place (BEACHITUP)
R9 - 2 win (RABAHERO)
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined
