My sources tell me that Pulteney's B grade side are actually playing a 2.15 this Saturday at Pulteney, and their C grade is playing at 12.15 at Port Reserve...any truth to this Heater ?

well if that is the case felch at least you will have a 21 on 21 contest at 12.15 unlike the past few weeks and good luck to your C's for the finals as it would be a 21 on 15 or so

The C grade expect a few key players to come back into the line up and hopefully all are switched on for a thrilling contest like last time these two sides met.

As for the earlier game well I think they are just waiting for round 18 to finish and forget what happened.

There is no reason for your B grade to be short, if your C grade can fill a team, surely

A triple-header would solve that issue.

I know but its a two way street the C grade help out when we can e.g a few of us played two games a day for a few weeks when the two grounds playing at allowed us to. 5 of us stepped up when the C's had to forfeit and help out. Players came out of the Woodwork for the Francou/Aish/Boof game. Then all disappeared.

But when the C grade need a hand we get nothing

Mate, it sounds like there is a division between the B and C grade, and obviously you have guys who just want to play C's. But that cant happen when you have struggling numbers in the higher grades unfortunately. We were in a similar situation a few years back. Guys who wanted to just play C grade were told they would play where they are needed - some accepted it, other didnt. It sorted out the true club people from the rest.

is there a chance that there could be a triple header this week then if the numbers are down? would be great for both clubs if that could happen? How much time and notice do the powers at be need?

No chance mate, I couldnt see Pulteney throwing away their home ground advantage in the C grade.

They wont have players down, not in the grades they care about anyway.

Their C grade will have a full list of 21 players.
