I actually didnt see the incident as i was in the changerooms having a shower
happened early in first quarter!
thats about all I can tell you.
I think felch would have seen it!

hellooooo Felch..................stop pretending you're working??

I was actually working !!!

In all seriousness, i didnt see the incident - i was still talking to my blokes after the B grade game. I missed it by seconds though.

The only thing i know for sure is the charge is 'attempted striking'.

did the player leave the field?
why, if he didnt connect

Happened right in front of the goal umpire, so obviously he didnt think there was any contact or it would have been striking. Might depend on whether or not Unley have complained and from what Felch said about their coach telling them not to shake hands or have a beer after the game it would not suprise me

joompin- speakin of loose, did u have a player within 50 metres of u at all on the weekend. i went down to have a watch and saw many positives from the north haven boys, with your performance one of the only disappointing sights. i hope u dont teach your under 18's to be so loose on there opponents. actually, i did see you do some good stuff when on the bench, at least we can take some positives out of your performance. :D

to be perfectly honest...if he was filling up the water bottles he probably would have had a positive impact on the game, so no this was not the case. hopefully this week against pooraka he might prove his worth and work with lancy to provide the players with H2O
