We can all be thankful for something, and I'm thankful that game is over.

Big win by the Bays. That's two absolute floggings they've handed out this year. Thought they may have done a Hawthorn and slip down the table with a young team, but to their credit they have bounced back from last week's loss against a team who will be battling for 5th spot with them. Should be a great game with a big crowd at Thebby next week.

Apparently according to some of the Snouts we rested our good players in the last quarter and a bit, Gave the kids more of a run in the key positions.

A good win bouncing back from our effort the week before despite playing a team that aren't travelling at 100% at the minute.

Next two weeks will tell us exactly were we are at. Once again the result is immaterial (will take care of itself) provided our attitude and commitment to the footy and each other is 100%.

Unbelievable first half, I haven't witnessed anything like it!
When the half time siren went the Bays were 96 points up (Norwood kicked their only goal for the half after the siren).
We were talking 180 pt wins at half time but the Bays took their foot off the pedal in a half which was a real non event.

In the first half the Bays were great and Norwood were goddamn awful, I think we can safely write off Norwood from playing finals in 2006.

If Bryce Gibbs isn't drafted 1 or 2 I know nothing about football!

Norwood got up in the reserves in a close fought game by 2 or 3 goals.

A great crowd, the Bays have made Queens Birthday Monday their own and usually get a good crowd, my estimate today would have been around 3500, if not a bit higher.

Very disappointing for the Bays fans that despite having 15 goals at half time not being able to crack the 20 goal mark.

the ressies was an interesting game, glenelg were down by about 5-6 goals at half time, then they came out and booted 9 goals to 2 and grabbed a 20 point lead at one stage in the third quarter but got overrun by the top team!

in the big game, the bays havent been that impressive in a half since playing and belting Centrals at adelaide oval.

was very disappointed that in booting 15 goals in the first half that they couldnt get to 20 and i thought 25 would have been an absolute minimum.

the problem at glenelg is we cant really bury teams and get a good percentage booster like the top teams. eg North v West on saturday.

all the top teams win 2nd halves.

It just got worse for Norwood, very disapointing. The Bays were on fire in the first half, can't read much into the second. I ruled us out of finals after last week but today just confirmed what we all thought.

Anyway, at the end of the day its all about the reserves.

First half sounds like the belting we got from South at Noarlunga last year (around 90 pts down at half time then too).

i think the positional changes made by glenelg after half time was to rest several players, with the short week in mind, lets face would fischer be on the bench for the last 40 odd minutes if the game was in the balance & he was not injured logan got rested horan went on the ball etc etc so while it on face value may've been an ordinary 2nd half i think take that into account as it was game over & next week is now more important

maybe the sturt loss was the kick in the pants we needed to get back on track mentally !!!!!

i thought it was good seeing r.douglas at the game today & last week supporting the boys in his tiger apparell
