We constantly underestimate our horses because of comparitive mile rates with interstate tracks, 1.57 over a mile at Pirie is nothing special yet Pirie wouldnt be nearly as fast as some of the better vic tracks. What do you reckon the times would be like if our best horses ran consistantly at Pirie, you would see better than 1.57 on a regular basis. Dont think he went as good as it looks on paper but he did run pretty poor last night - beaten 50mtres. Thats about the average beaten margin for P.Bidell isnt it ???

HIGH AND LOW well named.
High flying last run a slashing 2nd at $120+ on the TAB.
Tonight was only beaten a length, the length of the straight.
Why ????

Karlsrue was a shocker wasnt it, hes pushing off to get behind a tiring horse 50m out from the sprint lane...did they throw the book at him or what ???

Even though Karlshue has run some super races this season still yet to win in genunie FFA company. Might be stiffing a few backsides!!!!!!!!
Found out last night that Diamonds N Furs might be a leader only. Two wins for A Gath have both been leading. Has ran some super races aswell this season but only wins have been in front.

Jee Mal what happend to The Lone Ranger last night, i think he pulled his sock up over his eyes and couldnt see where he was going, his drive on Slip Mahone was nothing short of a joke - bloody thing comes out galloping and if he had looked after the horse and driven him quiet he may have at least run in the money but no once he got going again i could hear The Lone Ranger from the grand stand yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo around to the chair where Slip Mahone has failed on more than one occasion simply not a death seat horse. Doesnt he do his homework ????

How about anything P Cav drives...
The BBQ job on Conte de Cristo was a disgrace on Saturday and he was an even bigger disgrace on Brother Moon today.
61.5 first half over 2230m on a horse 2nd up, when there is no pressure being put on by the death seat horse

Got one of the best stables in the state to drive for and he keeps dishing up Burnt BBQ's for dinner....
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined
