Scoullar and Slade both very fair assessments for Centrals, a few of Scoullar's earlier games in particular very hard to miss. Fairly open at this stage, but the Eagles Tim Inkster may be a smoky at this stage, along with Norwood's James Gallagher.

I still think its going to be Clayton by a country mile, Gill would have kept up with him prior to injury but noone should be close.

Slade & Scouller are both in excellent form but as usual their will be plenty of others taking votes off them.

You may like Sheedy, but you have to win games to attract enough votes to win a Magary Medal and Sturt have already posted the 2 wins that they were going to win this season, so votes for him or any other Sturt or West player will be scarce.

Jeremy Clayton by a mile, as he is Port Adelaide.....If Port score during a game, he set it up or scored it himself.....Port would rival Sturt and West for the coveted "Wooden Spoon" if they didn't front up with the $70,000 to ensure he didn't join North Melbourne.

Jamie Stevenson kicked 80 goals in a WS season for Sturt...Andrew Johns won the Advertiser player of the year in the early 90's when we finished bottom. Yes winning games helps, but its still not impossible.
