Oops only just saw this...

OK, the FC story.

FC, as you would all know, originally stood for Falcon Chick - Falcons being my (then) club PNU and chick because I am one.

After what we'll call a "controversial" split with my club of almost 10 years, I needed to change my name fairly hastily, and the term "first lady of Amatuer Footy" was being thrown around at the time, so changed it to first lady.

Wedgie and the other mods kept reading it as FIST lady and ended up copping the nickname "Fisty" from them as a result, so changed it to "1st Lady". However, the name change was a bit much for everyone to comprehend because you were all still calling me FC.

So to avoid confusing the masses , I settled on Footy Chick (which is still FC). Even after almost 4 months the odd person still calls me Falcon Chick...Grrrrrrr

So that the story... fairly anti-climactic (is that a word?) huh?

PS: anyone who calls me "Fisty" will get an automatic life ban....
