These 2 factors might bring them back to the field a touch. Saying that tho last time these 2 teams met Brighton won on a very wet, muddy day. Think this one will be a nailbiter. Morphies by less then a kick.

Got any thoughts on how the 2's games will pan out?
Need something to talk about to get me through the day.
For mine it will be a Morphies v Reynella GF but all are quality sides so could be anyone.

Hey KD you ring your BDOS mates and ill get on to the Emus lads, wanna see if we can get the game moved to tonight??? Id much prefer a SFL night final in awesome conditions (how nice was it for training last night) than the tripe that is forecasted for Sunday!

Sounds good CT. .. who's oval?.. would have to be neutral. I know brighton would be only good kicking to the southern end as the northern is in darkness unless the croquet players are swinging the mallet. Do Morphies lights still sway with the wind?.. it would make for interesting training trying to pick up an incoming ball in and out of darkness.
always loved training in Sep.. grounds hard, heats up and the freshly cut smell of grass mixed with anticipation of a GF berth does not get better.

Morphies lights are good now. they ere upgraded a couple of years ago. all they do now is highlight the substandard ground conditions. especially at this time of year. after our last home game and with no finals at morphies the ground is left to fend for itself. anyone got les burdetts phone number??
As for the game. I say tonight at noarlunga is the go! that post about the freshly cut grass, oval in top shape, and verandah upgrade. got me pumped up. should be a cracker!!!!

from my understanding the following clubs are looking at
coaches for next year
Porties
MV
Christies
Aldinga
Hackham
What you guys think, who will those teams get?
You would think Reynella must be looking around as well after bombing out
early in the campaign. I think Evans may need to get the resume
in order.
Happy Valley ended up being disappointing in the end, but I think Spinks will stay there, as there list is very young (other than Keamy)
Should be interesting.

All the best for everyone this weekend either playing, coaching or spectating. Sorry Tatts, but I can't wish you luck mate. Looks as though we are going to get four seasons over the 2 days.
