i watched the game, made a coffee in the 89th minute thinking it would go to the extra time, great challenge from neil i thought, just a winging wining soft ass diving italian player has stopped the aussie charge! you would think with one less player we would have done a better job

Here's the reserves ladder after Saturdays games just for you Bish!! When they update the ladders on the PLFL site I'll drop the A's ladder on to a spreadsheet and start maintaining/posting them both.

I am sure he would have played if his groin wasn't injured and his foot didn't have gout!

OL: You have no idea, mate. Don't blame your ignorance on tiredness. You think Kewell just 'wasn't played'??
The free in the box was p#ss weak, but at full speed looked like a penalty. Not the defenders fault.
Italy won't go all the way and the Socceroos finally have some recognition; some fat pay cheque offers will come out of this tournament for some Aussie boys.

Much appreciated again WCP!
Looking forward to this weeks match should be a cracker. Hope conditions are as good as last time we were out there.
WCP - spoke to crackers last night, he reckons he might come out for a few bevvies at the caravan this weekend.

Socceroos did us proud, Italy are the best defensive side in the world. FIFA and their bloody refs have tried to bring us down all tournament and they finally got their way last night. Disgraceful decision Neil made no contact with the Italian, the useless pr*ck played it for all it was worth. The Europeans and South Americans run the game, it is corrupt and there was no way they wanted to see us get past a traditional soccer nation and past winner. That match deserved a more fitting conclusion than to be ended like that....Gutted....

Thanks for that, I've just called West Coast Security to send someone out there for the day!!

Will be a great reserves game, two form sides of the comp at the minute. A's will also be a cracker, there is no reason why you wouldn't head out to the Gary this week with the joint presentations etc organised for after. The day deserves a big crowd!! The newly acquired gas heater for Bandy's Bar also works a treat!!

Getting used to playing at Ravendale without a scoreboard and having the ladder on the PLFL site on 3 week delay (current to 3/6/06 at the moment). I prefer not to keep score when i play golf. Footy is different.

After 7 games I think the A grade ladder looks something like:
Marble Range 6 wins & big percentage
Waybacks 6 wins and good percentage but less than Rangers
Mallees 3 wins- Saturday would've helped their percentage
Souths- 3 wins & respectable percentage
Tasmans 3 wins and a poor percentage after last weekend?
Bostons - no wins

Heard a few things around the place about the Wayback, Souths game. A few incidence involving a ruck man and a talented long kicking left footer who had several heated arguements during the day. This there some thing in the lincoln water at the moment because it seems every club is having heated discussions on field and off. Are there cracks starting to apear in the wayback playing group?

1. talented
2. long kicking
3. Left footer

One out of three BTB. Keep guessing. I didn't ruck either.

Cheers. I look forward to the in depth 'For' and 'against' analysis in the paper saying how Rangers have a better attack (134 points) and better defence (41 points) than Waybacks.

Did the ruckman then get ice thrown at him Saturday night. Because he shouldn't take offence to that. If it's the left footer I'm thinking of, pretty standard. As for a heated argument, this left footer normally has a bit to say.
'Cracks appearing'? Hmmm.
