Iron man wrote:c'mon chiefy you must admit it was a great RACE to watch, Conte fired up, Zerafoss wouldnt give up the front they went ballistic and a roughie came from behind to win. Better than the predictable s***t we see far too often. As far as im concerned no one did anything they shouldnt have, its not like a 50/1 horse took on Zerafoss. Conte was driven like he was the best horse out there and he got beat by a better horse on the night its that simple.

spot on iron man, as it doesn't make sense when everybody screams out about low prizemoney, i'd suggest without having seen the noms that 1 or 2 horses frightened of the rest but as they say if your not in it you can't win it

Spot on Boys. Most of the horses who went around tonight were nom'd for sat. Not enough stayed in race for it to go ahead. But the trainers who scr'd their horses obivously don't realise the same horses will nominate for fri after sat's race is deleted.
Trainers can't be aware sat races are for 5K and pay to 4th place. Much better than 2k for first 3 only.
