By consolidating to an under 18's competition do you really think this will help as we will then have less players in the u/18 base playing for SANFL clubs?

A greater percentage of the players left playing would be of a higher standard, so standard of the comp goes up.

I am all in for canning the U17-19s for a U18 team. As for salary cap, I think we need one but higher than country leagues pay players to entice recently retired AFL players to come back to their old clubs.
