Dazed & Confused, what number was Nick Martin, and where did he play ? Surely Choimes should of been higher up in your b&f ? What was the story with changing your players numbers every week this year too ???
Dalwood is a good player, but i reckon our 2 ruckman stitched him up all 3 times this year. And he got stitched up by Hardy in the prelim big time.

Sorry mate, we already filled our quota of players with outrageous hair when Wareing signed last night...
Maybe 2010...

Martin is no12 half back flanker.
and felch i reckon your right about the finals for Dalwood, his centre square stuff was as good as usual but around the ground he was pretty ordinary, but he would be the first to admit that. But seeing as he has to have both his ankles cleaned out (at the ripe old age of 23) and has OP again, he could be let off.
your 2 young ruckman were in your best few imo in the finals though, would have to be very happy with young lads like that stepping up in a prick of a position.

I know the bloke now, he was ok against us. Half back flankers don't really stand out much though unless they are exceptional. You blokes obviously missed Ryan Byrne come finals time - you guys really fell down across CHF in the prelim, kept kicking it to Mitcham's Shaw. You needed someone to contest, and crash the pack - not let him drop in the hole, as he reads the ball well. That was one of the main things we focussed on in the GF - kick to Shaw's opponent and make him accountable. Also, if he wants to stand in the hole, make him earn it.

Caught a plane back from Melb. with a swag of Portland players Sunday evening, were fairly tame considering just won the flag
apart from one bloke talking like a mentally challenged person, I wonder if he knew that there was an actual mentally challenged fella in the aisle next to me. I'm probably lucky I didn't play this year, might of copped some s***t if recognised
