A bit of a morning jog always helps the metabolism hey Booney

I'm a cereal and juice fan myself.

Ummm 8-[ ... nope  Does fathers day count??

Mine are old enough to get it themselves... but I do believe that when they have all grown up and left home that if they came back to visit and it was breakfast time... then yes... I would make them breakfast :D

The saying goes "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper" and apparently that is the best approach but like most I don't stick to it.

Have never been able to face food first thing so I don't do breakfast. I wait a few hours and have brunch...varies depending on mood etc but usually something like sesame crispbread with strong cheddar and some homemade chutney unless I'm meeting up with a mate and then we go somewhere for an all day breakfast fry-up...egg, bacon, sausage, fried bread etc etc etc etc the works...but only because it's a treat and we rarely eat fried food at home.

JAS
