has been arrested in hong kong (at airport) by foreign affairs does anyone know anymore ? i'm presuming either tax or passport

Arrested for "tips for bets" apparently "ALEDGEDLY" giving tips in return for people to place bets on his mounts on his behalf...7 people been arrested overall including bookies and other jockeys.....Hong Kong would not like this in their squeaky clean city...could be in big trouble, pity one of my favourite jocks
