port pirie,

overall a hard program but we'll come up with something !!

r1 main chances 4,5 & a big ??? on 10 next best 2 but i think 5 will lead & win black figures is a good bet
r2 very open & maybe exactas etc is the way to go, the chances include 1,5,6,8,10,11 i wouldn't be suprised if 8 ran a good race at odds
r3 with the likelyhood of speed on in this it'll suit 3 who is 1-dimentional but with sit is smart & presuming i'm right with the speed on it is the one to beat other hopes 2,10,11 with rough place hopes to 7,9
r4 numerous chances in this 2,4,6,8,9,10-10 is an interesting runner its qld form is good so it would not suprise me if it won while the other two interstaters look like they need to improve
r5 only three winning chances & should run the trifecta 1,2,3 top pick 3 should get a great trail in this, the only other hope of running a place would be 6
r6 if 8 is ever going to win a race this is it for the multis 2,5,6,7
r7 very hard race with numerous hopes i'm for one am staying out chances appear 1,2,3,5,6,10 6 is top pick as goes well first up & has trialled fairly well, while 10 is coming a long way from the mount so must be respected next best 7,8 but stay out
r8 another open race 2,4,5,7,8,9 all have chances but hopefully i'm in front & therefore i wont bet in it

suggested bet all up
r1 no 5 win
r3 no 3 win
r6 no 8 win

good luck to all on the punt & lets hope we all win

That exacta was shocking.... should have paid $20 surely..... I thought the 1 was a chance on the turn looked like it had it!
bayman what did you think of the drive on J D Holmes? I thought it was the best horse in the race but was driven poorly!! driver should have been much closer in the run rather than allowing it to setle last and look for splits in the last 4-500m....cost me $200.... i actualy 30 seconds before the race filled out the ticket on #6 but promptly cancelled it to 8 (JDHolmes) just before they let them go.... guess what 6 won @ $12.90... spewing.
who are the best drivers to follow in SA... I havent been punting much on the trots since G Webster left.

yeah it was an ordinary drive i actually got the trifecta as i roved it with my other chances as a saver, as for the best driver now webster is gone is undoubtably david harding, he is one of the few that can sum up a race quickly & knows the form of the opposition & drives accordingly others that drive well (consistently) are danielle hill, m.webster, m.harding, ryan hryhorec, mark billinger & a couple of up & coming drivers simon jones & michael laird (i'm not frightened to put money on any of their drives i fancy)

yep rossie is a good bloke, as for no trusting i think most times they all are on the job its more the ability to drive tactically in a race where some drivers look stupid but i dont think their cheating just incompetent i've learnt over the years that if specific drivers are on horses i like i dont backed them & just watch

I never trusted Ross Sugars... always let me down on the big occasions.
The best driver in Australia to me is Glenn McEllinney from NSW, most under rated too. You cant go wrong backing him at Penrith, Bankstown and HP. Who would you rate best?

i would never back gavin lang on short priced horses in run of the mill races yes he's a great driver but he definately is one that i dont trust, in big money races yes i'd back him but not any other
