Weather - warm, hardly a cloud in the sky
Pitch - good
Crowd - not huge thanks to FOX Sports scheduling (11.15-7.15)

NSW 9-220 from 50 (Lambert 48, Warner 31, O'Keefe 29; Dorey 3-48, Heal 2-35)

A late flurry from lambert gives NSW a respectable score. You would assume that WA would be able to get the runs with the batting side they have today. Time will tell.

Good finish that.Thought the WACA's were going to get away with a big win for a while there.

On a side note,enough is enough,Bracken,get a hair cut....

What a win by the Blueboys. The most impressive thing was the young talent

Warner
Smith
Hughes
O'Keefe
Cameron

And Henriques having a hit in the nets out the back. Even better was the fielding. Last year we were easily the worst fielding team in the comp and everyone knows that if you can't field you don't win one day matches.

Well done lads, it sure beats dropping the first four like we have the last couple of years. Top knock by North almost dereailed us and yeah I agree about Bracken's haircut...he looks like the Gold Coast mascot...minus the muscles!

regards,

REB
