FYI, Smithfield beat Fitzroy in both minor round games in 07 (Fitzroy's premiership year), once by 100+ points, Fitzroy seemed to do pretty well in div. 4 in 08, they knocked off some quality opponents.

My dear boy and I do mean BOY. Just concentrate on what I'm writing...

Fitzroy and ALFC have proven they are too good for D5 and are perfectly suited to D4. Salisbury and Haven had some very high standard DING DONG battles in 07. Salisbury West smashed everyone in D4 in 07.

Now in 09 all those teams are in Div 4 with Golden Grove, along with PAOC (which are formiddable when they're ON!) and Pooraka.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the 10 years I've played Amateurs, GG have been in Div 7, 6, 5 and you boys think you will go straight through D4, because you beat D5 teams by 15 goals.

Here's some info... In trials haven beat Kenilshit and Smithshitfield by more than 25 goals, infact smithshitfield did not score. In 07 Haven and Salisbury and I think parahills beat Rosewater by 30 plus goals.

This is who you WON"T beat next year if their 08 form was to continue, Mr 19 yr old walk in the park wanker!

Good work you peanut, get on here bagging other clubs, that's why you guys go crap, you are April champions, wow, you thrashed Smithfield in a trial when they had 3 A Graders, about 12 B Graders and the rest were U/18's over 6 quarters. BTW, they scored a couple of goals. GG will kick your arse, especially in the 2nd half of the year.

I was also making an observation, you have a talented side and under-achieved last season IMO. There was offence intended for the NHFC, just the p!ss weak post.

I do agree with you there sb7, their arrogance can get annoying, they would want to back it up on the field otherwise they'll be the laughing stock of the forum.

Let's not get arrogance confused with immaturity... because that's all it is really... GG are not an arrogant club and it's not teh way we want to be seen that's for sure, but the confidence of youth does come out on here and unfortunately it does come out the wrong way. But I hope they can back it up and I'm sure they will work hard to have a good year.
