Had a run with Edwardstown in the Happy Valley pre-season night comp but ended up back with the Shoes for 2008.

My news is that the board not overly impressed with the applicants, and thats why the process has taken so long......... and before you have a go at me about not being correct, it come form one of the decision makers mouths.......... and at the time the conversation wasnt one of a joking nature.
Hey Mole, I won't have a go at your for being incorrect i will just state that you are...!!! The applicants credentials speak for themselves...
Credentials yes, right fit for the direction of the club, maybe not!
looking from the outside i would assume that morphies are taking their time to ensure the right decision is made, i would have thought that most people would consider morphies a dream job simply due to the amount of juniors and gun senior players they have, and therefore would definitely have quality applicants, im sure they will make the right decision cos lets be honest they haven't got much wrong over the past 7 or 8 years
who ever thought of the saying winning isn't everything, probably lost!!

Is this the same David Earl that played Div 1 footy at McLaren Flat in the late 80's early 90's? If so I would start there.

Ex Noarlunga?? Jayne you know something I dont??
No, crap aside Shane played for Noarlunga in 08 and at this point still is a required Noarlunga footballer. Is Shane any good??, I believe Shane to be one of the best and consistant players in our comp.
I would say that 08 was a difficult year for Shane with injuries and the direction the footyclub took this year with a focus on blooding a lot of youth.
Shane has skippered the club and is not to far away from life membership so you can see that the club holds Shane in high regard and with so many young lads at the club right now we need a fit and switched on Shane.

The only issue comer has is with money, if you pay him enough he will play for you. I hear he had a falling out with ratsy after not telling him he was goingon a holiday. You may struggle to get him out of his spa over winter anyway as he will break down if he keeps bowling 20 overs a game and opening the batting for cove cricket club.

Cyclops keep ya shirt on mate RFC has not announced a new coach as far as i know and i play there and have done for some time so i suggest you contact Mex as he must now be a commitee member of the wineflies as he knows everything there is to know about Reynella F.C and should not be questioned at any stage about his info relating to RFC.

Gee. I don`t know Mex.
Ever since you Morphie boys lost the GF all you`ve done is try and distract all of the talk towards the RFC. I`m beginning to wonder if you actually might be involved in the switch of coaching staff from the emu`s to the winies?
1997. Now that was a great year.
