Well, that was a good 'rev up' at half time for Chelsea, Malouda assists in the 50th and 52nd minutes for Belletti and Kalou

Chelsea 3-0

Assists are one thing but SCORING is another, as Malouda does in the 66th minute, but not before Lampard scores four minutes earlier..

Chelsea 5-1

That's quite a feat for Chavski to win 5-0 at Boro IMO. Boro are never easy at Riverside. Just goes to show how good Scholari's boys are unfortunately!

Liverpool trailing 2-1 to Wigan at Anfield. Amir Zaki is class, class, class as I've mentioned earlier - pick up of the season so far. Shrewd move by Bruce.

Le-Arse now 2-1 up over the Toffees.

Hahaha, Black Cats fans will surely today understand why Tottenham sold Pascal homeboy Chimbonda.

He's a complete plum. And by plum I mean tiny brained donkey. 2 Pascal's would struggle to find 1 brain cell between them. After being warned and warned about backing into the defence, then dicking about with Bullard, his stupidity results in a cracking Richardson strike being disallowed.

Numpty!

Richardson free kick hits the post 3 TIMES. Off one post onto the other post, off the keeper back onto the post and bounced up into the keepres arms.

Now that was amazing, and bloody funny.

Hmmm. I heard this rumour a couple of times now

Thanks to PA Sport

UNITED REJECT MOURINHO RUMOUR

Manchester United have rejected speculation that they have opened talks with Jose Mourinho about becoming their next manager.
Mourinho tantalisingly suggested earlier this week that he would return to the Premier League once his contract with Inter Milan expires in 2011.

While the timescale is slightly out, to an extent it does fit with Sir Alex Ferguson's summer declaration that he would only remain at Old Trafford for another two years, meaning he would finish in 2010, after 24 years at the helm.
Mourinho would be an obvious replacement, given both his impressive track record at Chelsea and a personality that would ensure following Ferguson's unrivalled dynasty did not overwhelm him.

And it has not taken long for the first reports to emerge linking Mourinho with the Red Devils.
Amid the claim is that Ferguson feels Mourinho is the only man for the job and that tentative talks have taken place.

However, United have rejected such a notion, insisting they have not looked at what might happen when Ferguson finally decides to step down. "As we have said many times before, there has been no discussion about who will eventually succeed Sir Alex," said a United spokesman.

Ferguson has already become United's most successful manager, winning his second Champions League trophy in May with a penalty shoot-out victory over Chelsea, who had Avram Grant in charge.

It was Mourinho's failure to land Europe's biggest prize that led to his exit from Stamford Bridge, although he did win the competition - and the UEFA Cup - during an impressive spell at Porto, beating United on the way.

You lot are fortunate that Keano was wrong footed by the deflection. He tried his hardest to defend et another team mate's strike, but fortunately for Alonso, he couldn't quite bumble into the ball's way. :D

Ohhhhh how I'm looking forward to venting on Keano this Sat!

LOL are you kidding me, you got excellent coin for him, plenty enough to sign a replacement

He's really started to step up for us in the last few weeks, would still like to see us add another striker to the group given Kuyt doesn't play as a conventional frontman, but Torres, Keane and Babel are pretty formidable with Stevie getting forward.

No luck in last night's win mate, I was pretty impressed with the brand of footy we played (Riera has brought an excellent dimension with him) and if anything were unlucky we only scored the once after Alonso's free kick completely baffled Cech but couldn't avoid the post.

How's the names Chelsea were missing last night though, Essien, Ballack, Drogba, Cole ... How many clubs could carry losses like those into a game and still be competitive?

Haha, just taking the piss mate. Agree it had nothing to do with luck. Riera is turning out to be a great buy.

There was an article in Sundays Guardian showing Chavski's first and second 11's. Their second eleven is easily the fifth best side in the league, possibly better than the gooners.

We did get excellent coin for Keane, but we're holding off on a replacement as we'll be able to buy him back in Jan for about 1/4 of we you paid for him

Better not be dropped for the trip to the Lane on Sat!
