Not sure ScottRoo ?? If they can hang onto the players they brought in this year and add another 4-5 they will no doubt improve again. However if they lose players, they will struggle. I think there's not much support around the club apart from a few, we need some people to stand up and show some leadership.
Everything is fair!

Does anyone know who's in the running for the job at Nairne? All seems pretty quiet in the hills and we're only 10 days away from November with pre season not far away. What about Gums? Their advertisement ' must bring players' would deter most aspiring coaches I would assume. Are there any updates on Callington? Or have the $$$ grabbers bled the place dry?Everywhere else in Hills Country sounds somewhat settled.. unless I've missed something???

Yes, the $ grabbers have bled the place dry. The latest is that Cally are heavily in debt and they have no candidates for the coaching position. Members allegedly voted to go to RMFL, but now RMFL don't want them so the entire executive committee has resigned. There is a meeting in a fortnight (I think). I don't know what the situation is with HFL, whether they are still able to stay there.
Older, wiser and been there. But still love that grassroots country footy.

Id say that not so much a rumour as a certainty. Probably why Bateman is going there, as they both work at Jarrett Mazda.
