Damien Alexander,only played footy for about 3 years had some good games but still learning.Not sure what he's doing now.

Id agree with most of what you say but yelling and screaming doesnt fool everyone,or make you a good coach.Be interesting if thats the way they choose to go to see what players think of his style,and how they react.
