Played up forward most of this year and went pretty well as a medium-sized target, think he finished 3rd in Salisbury West's B&F.

Pretty tough too, he copped a Chris Calyun special which screwed his shoulder but played on.

His old man should have a good look in the mirror, i saw him put on a display last year out the front of the club during a game, he not only embarrassed himself but his son who was playing on the day.
I say the club made a smart decision not appointing him, its blokes like him that get Salis West in trouble time & time again.
His son won't go anywhere with that sort of attitude.

Hello boys, I guess it was time someone from the lutherans dropped on and said a few things...

1 - Ashley Place is the new A grade coach, apparently he is fairly strategic and spoke his mind at our General meeting the other week and told everyone why we lost the 07 flag to fitzroy. Plus he may be bringing a few new lads into the club.

2 - We have signed a ex mail medalist named Andrew McKinnon, hasn't played footy for a few years but will be very handy on a half forward flank.

3 - There will be alot of Tanunda boys playing this year. Plus a few more from the Riverland. No-one has publicly announced there are not coming back, but i guess it will have to wait until the first training.

Snakey, can you confirm once and for all whether this is the same guy that played for Henley last year?

Played against this big goose from SEATON, called Ashley Place about 4 or 5 years back. This certainly could not be the guy coaching is it????? - He is mentioned here as from Henley. Is it the same intellectual pigmy???? - If it is the same guy from Seaton then what are the Committee at Adelaide Lutheran thinking. This guy had trouble getting himself through a game let alone worry about a team and all the things that go with Coaching. Could be on Australia's Funniest Home Videos. Every bugger will have their camera at Lutheran games next year trying to Cash in on this guy
