No im not but im just sick of previous seasons how many weeks of cricket are missed out on and how much complaining everyone does and now that you finally get a decent amount of cricket ppl are decided that they DO want to go to the test match.

I think it was last season when sides like Northern Wolves only played one game after xmas for the rest of the season and Paralowie didnt play many more than that.

What was wrong in having a one day match this round (next Saturday) instead of a two day match starting this Saturday. From what I've heard the majority of the teams wanted the Test match Saturday off and preferred to have more one day matches than what is programmed.

Last season the temperature forecast (38 deg) was the cause of matches not being played as well as teams forfeiting due to numbers or teams folding.

cmon automatic..... NEK odds on fav?? lucky year so far....good start, yet to play a full strength team. Paravista should be last..they always choke at final time. Fitzys smashed them a few years back after they were undefeated i think...i think the hot weather saved them again last eseason. Paralowie are OK, Fitzroy are a strong unit when fully lined, Rose Park will get the spoon again, and Morialta will be touch and go. There is a definite tustle in Div1 this year...

I always thought it was a gentleman's game, I've sconned a few people in my time, I actually felt bad about it, maybe that's where I went wrong as a cricketer, too busy bowling at the stumps.

I helped to organise the program and this is the first complaint I have heard! Usually there are quite a few grumbles around the place as it is very hard to please everyone. At the AGM the overwhelming view was to
- increase the number of one-day games
- maximise the number of days cricket is scheduled

so that is what we did, and the response to that has been very positive so far.

If you feel so strongly about not playing on the Test Match weekend, you should have raised your concern at the AGM - we take all points of view into consideration.

(Personally I would have preferred to have this weekend off to attend the Test Match too!)

well, this guy could actually bat a bit. I couldnt get him out, so i took him out. Bowling at the stumps is very over-rated in my opinion.
