Yep after being in America for a month and eating lots of food and drinking lots of american beer its going to be a long preseason Probably put on 5kg. definitly put more on over Christmas.

The big question is, "Where is the boat". Currently unsighted at pre season this year.
Going up to the Gold Coast for a week can only make matters worse. I hope Hanno
gets the boat & bob out for an occassional run while they are all up there. Maybe the
wiz can do the stop watch duties.
