Yeah AJ had a pretty good year first up. Good bloke too and fitted in very well at the Valley.

I played with him at Para Hills, top bloke, loves his Johnny Cash, get him to sing "we all went down in a burning ring of fire" good for a laugh, he was a pretty big loss for us

ingle farm started last week under the new coach paul niven not sure how it is all going have heard a few blokes have left for bigger and better things

I believe he's found :heart: love :heart: recently & Mr Cains can't quite find the energy levels needed to don the boots, he's more happy with the BONK test than the BEEP test!

i know there training tommorrow night. ive been told the coach is pretty tough and that they wont lose to many at all.

Apparently he has been training at Rosewater. He is in love and his old saying of " bros before hoes" has gone way out the window. He has burnt more blokes than the KKK recently.
