It's a great place to stay, our family has a caravan in the park there and that beach is beautiful for snorkelling...

Jees... I've seen that too, but I can't place it!
It reminds me a bit of the old North Adelaide station near Clipsal and the Southwark Brewery corner, but I don't know if that's still there as it has been 20 years since I went past. I assume that's long been done up so this has to be somewhere else...

I notice the old tram bridge over the line on Hawker St at Bowden is no longer there when I was passing through last year.

No wonder it was familiar. I went to Woodville High and had an Aunt living in Aroona Rd.
I used to ride my bike up through the streets nearer the Torrens Rd end.
